Hello and welcome to Yoga with Indi.

I'm Indi and I'm a London-based 200 hour Yoga Alliance International accredited teacher. 

I first started practicing yoga as a gentle way of moving my body, but soon discovered the lovely effects it had on so many other areas of life and that yoga is so much more than just movement. 

My aim is to provide everyone who joins one of my classes with a welcoming, safe space where you can take some time away from the outside world, connect with your body and mind, and most importantly, have some fun.
